The Chamroeun University expects its staff to behave according to the following principles

1. Respect the rules and regulations appropriate for each sector and perform duty according to assignment
2. Attempt to prevent circumstances that can cause obstacles for CUP
3. Perform your own task in your sector responsibly and with maximal accountability, while allowing subordinate staff to participate in decision making.
4. Incentives will be given for responsibility and cooperation within a team to people who work hard every day for the achievement of the University’s goals and objectives.
5. Avoid the use of offensive language, but communicate with others honestly and frankly, without withholding information
6. Interoffice communication in all departments must be kept confidential. Written documents, reports or requests of any type or nature must become approval from the administration office before being submitted to the Rector of the University for examination to make a decision or provide a recommendation
7. All staff must maintain confidentiality of any document, in any form, hard copy or electronic copy and may not make such document public without previous approval by the Rector.
8. 8.      Perform the job efficiently while maintaining high quality of the output with consideration for the income generated from tuition fees with the aim to maintain sustainability of the university
9. Regulations and discipline must be implemented in a precautionary way without ideological prejudice with respect for the essential mission and philosophy of the University and with respect for administrative directives regarding the labor law, educational procedures and all other laws
