The Chamroeun University of Poly-Technology "CUP" is the University providing combined knowledge of professional skills and moral values to its students concerning the cultural field, society, economy and science for the development of human resources in Cambodian society.

We realize that at present, Khmer society is in crisis with regard to the human resources and morality. All Khmer parents are deeply worried about their children's future since they lack education at all school levels and since the provided professional skills lack a sense of virtue.
A knowledge of the technical science, when deprived of conscience, inevitably destroys the soul of humanity and society. All Khmer parents aspire for their children to gain understanding, not only about technical issues, but about integrity as well. Therefore the main mission of CUP is to actively participate with Royal Government of Cambodia for rebuilding the human resources with consideration for the specific capacity needs.

The competition in the field of education instigates disregard for the pedagogy law. This will render the students that cannot find employment because of a lack of technological capacity and questionable professional skills.

The Chamroeun University of Poly-Technology was recognized by the Royal Government of Cambodia through sub-decree 56 ANK/BK, 14 June 2002. It cooperates with all state institutions and with overseas universities to design the curriculum and provide instruction in Khmer and English language to the students for Associate Degree, Bachelor degree, Master Degree, and Doctor of Philosophy "PhD" and to assist the students in composing essays for research and study.
