The Chamroeun University of Poly-technology has designed a strategy for human resources development and capacity building transmitting qualities, skills and ethics, following 3 steps:

Step 1: Develop human resources for government employees and civilians who graduated from Bachelor studies, offering quality education that allows them to obtain the master degree using Khmer language from 2002 till 2007

Step 2: Develop human resources for senior civilians with more than 3 years experience in their subject, offering quality education allowing them to obtain a masters degree in Khmer Language from 2007 till 2012.

Step 3: Develop human resources for all levels from bachelor and master graduates offering quality education that allows them to obtain a PhD degree in Khmer and English language.  A new university hub is constructed to respond to the national and international community
