Opening session of the academic year

In the opening session for the academic year 2009-2010, the rector lectures the senior students, mostly officials from ministries and aspiring to earn a doctorate about their achievements in the past years of their study and about the achievements of their predecessors. He also dwells on the expectations for this new year of study.
